The Santa-Cruz Educational Society registered under the Society's
Act, 1960 is the apex body of ROSE-MERRY Public School, The
Society has been founded to provide the best possible education
available in the country. The main aim is to provide wholesome
quality education with the country's rich heritage and cultural
background. A dynamic approach based on highly sophisticated
technology in electronics, computer and spheres of modern science
is required to be adopted to prepare new talented generation
capable to shape, mould and handle the destiny of the country.
With the rapid liberalisation of the economy of the country and fast
development of the means of communication, the world has
shrunk. Therefore in the changed scenario the children are required to be trained to shed
all the parochial out-look.
In view of the fast changing scenario of the human society, the children are to fend for
their careers on the basis of the individual talent of leadership and fearlessness. They are
to be trained so that they do not have any complex.
In this regard the psychologists have noted the importance of the emotions and personal
element in the teaching-learning process. Constant interaction between the teacher and
the taught and the all important emotional bond between the pupil and the master
undoubtedly motivates the children to learn, to reason, to question and to gain self-
confidence. That is possible, when the students in a class-room are not more than 25 to
30. This is ideal for teacher and taught interaction. That is our aim and motto and all our
efforts are directed towards these goals. The school will achieve the desirted goals and
make the Rose-Merrian a good citizen.
